3STEP Sports

“As the largest youth sports event and club operator in the nation, 3STEP Sports is designed to give every athlete, parent, and coach involved, the premier sports experience. Established in 2001, 3STEP operates more than 1,100 events and dozens of club programs for athletes ages 8-18 spanning 40+ states and across seven sports. The information for these events and programs is mission-critical during recruiting seasons and as information is relayed on key players between coaches, universities and sports teams require 99.9% uptime during peak sessions which is fully redundant, secure, and managed. Data connectivity uptime is critical and downtime is not an option, with the network at full capacity most of the year, especially during the peak season.

Northshore Pain

We have worked for many years with Prospeed through all the technology changes. We consider them a key vendor and partner. Prospeed came in and installed its own ethernet service to become the primary circuit as the cable was currently being used. They also narrowed down the field to two major players using gigabit data business class phones for the two locations. The phones were feature-rich and included all of the necessary SW Unified Communications necessary to operate the business seamlessly through the two locations. The phones were shipped and preprogrammed. Admins were given access to the partner portal to help administer adding moves and changes with a constant flow of new employees. Three-digit dialing and call park features as well as multiple auto attendants were in place to manage the call flow to the different business units.
